IPv6: Next Generation Internet Protocol with Microtalk

What is IPv6?
Every device that uses the internet — from the computer or smartphone you are reading this on, to any Bluetooth-enabled devices in your home — is identified by a unique numerical Internet Protocol (IP) address that enables its use by internet communication with other devices. The number of private IP addresses in your home has likely grown in the last decade, as they have done across the globe, and this poses a problem as public IP addresses are a limited resource and the original IP address scheme, called IPv4, is running out of addresses.
IPv6 is the next generation IP that is in the process of replacing the current version. Though it was designed in the 1990s, the worldwide exhaustion of available IPv4 address space has highlighted the importance and deployment of IPv6.
