The number of private IP addresses in your home has likely grown in the last decade, as they have done across the globe, and this poses a problem as public IP addresses are a limited resource and the original IP address scheme, called IPv4, is running out of addresses.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>IPv6 is the next generation IP that is in the process of replacing the current version.
